About the event

The Jack Eustace lecture is a joint innitive between the Irish Society of Occupational Medicine, Occupational Health Nurses Association of Ireland, Faculty of Occupational Medicine, Occupational Hygiene Society of Ireland & Irish Society of Toxicology

Hosted this year by the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland.

The Jack Eustace Lecture is named after Dr Jack Eustace, a pioneer of occupational medicine in Ireland, and one of the founding members in 1972 of a group of Irish 'company doctors' with a dedicated interest in occupational medicine known as the Eustaceans.

The tradition of the Jack Eustace Lecture continues as an annual event, with hosting duties rotating each year between the Faculty and other societies, including the Irish Society of Occupational Medicine, the Occupational Hygiene Society of Ireland, the Occupational Health Nurses Association of Ireland, and the Irish Society of Toxicology.

The event will commence with a reception at 6:00 p.m., followed by the lecture at 7:00 p.m. in Corrigan Hall.
